Rudy Ray Moore has passed away.

We are all saddened today to learn the news of Rudy Ray Moore's passing. He was 81.

Rudy died in the early morning hours of October 20 of apparent complications due to diabetes.

Rudy is survived by his daughter Yvette and his 98 year old mother, Lucille.

Only recently did Rudy's health prevent him from touring. His life was always on the stage, making people laugh. I just hope and pray that like most artists, his legacy will be greater appreciated now that he is gone.
